Who we are

https://yourcalendar.us/ ("Your Calendar", "we", "us") is the property of Funnel Builder LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. Funnel Builder LLC is the operator and data controller for this website and the scheduling application it hosts.

Your Calendar is a paid subscription service operated by Funnel Builder LLC. Payments and card details are handled by our payment processor; we never store your full card number.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, optional profile photo, timezone and the booking pages you create.
• Booking information — the name, email address, optional phone number, answers to your booking questions and the meeting time submitted by people who book with you.
• Google account data — only if you choose to connect Google Calendar (see the section below).
• Technical data — basic log data needed to keep the service running and secure.

Google Calendar and Google Meet data

Connecting your Google account is entirely optional. If you connect it, you are asked on Google's own consent screen to grant the following access, and we use it strictly as described:

• Email address and basic profile (userinfo.email, userinfo.profile) — to show you which Google account is connected.
• View your calendars (calendar.readonly) — to read your busy times so already-booked slots are hidden from your public booking page. We do not read the content, titles, notes or guests of your existing events for any other purpose.
• Manage calendar events (calendar.events) — to create, update and delete only the events created through Your Calendar, and to generate a unique Google Meet link for those bookings.

We never sell, rent or transfer Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train any AI or machine-learning model. Google user data is used only to provide the scheduling features you asked for.

Your Calendar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Google Calendar inside the app, or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting deletes the stored access credentials from our systems immediately.

Artificial intelligence and third-party model providers

Your Calendar includes optional AI-powered features (for example the Mandy copilot, ad writing helpers, and appointment-setter chat). These features send text prompts and app-generated context to Lovable's managed AI gateway, which routes requests to third-party model providers on our behalf.

• Model providers used: Google (Gemini 3.7 Flash) and OpenAI (GPT-4o mini TTS for voice, GPT-5.6 Terra for the copilot, and GPT-Image-2 for image generation).
• No Google Workspace data is used: AI features process only data created inside Your Calendar (booking questions, lead notes, messages, prompts). Google Calendar events, Google Meet details, and any other Google Workspace or Photos data are never sent to AI model providers.
• No model training on user data: We do not use Google user data, booking data, or lead data to train or improve generalized machine-learning or AI models. Per Lovable's terms, end-user data from apps hosted on Lovable is excluded from AI model training by default.
• No self-hosted or offline models: We do not operate self-hosted or offline AI models.

How we use your information

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To show accurate availability and accept bookings on your behalf.
• To send transactional email — booking confirmations, reschedules, cancellations and reminders — to you and to the person booking.
• To keep the service secure and to fix problems when they happen.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing email to people who book through your page.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to operate the service: hosting and database infrastructure, an email delivery provider for transactional messages, and Google APIs when you connect your calendar. These providers process data only on our instructions.

Storage, security and retention

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. Google access credentials are stored encrypted at rest and are only ever used by our server to act on your behalf. We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Delete your account or ask us to delete it and we remove your account data, bookings and any stored Google credentials.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by using the app or by contacting us. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Children

Your Calendar is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, notify you by email.
