Terms of Service

1. Who provides this service

https://yourcalendar.us/ and the Your Calendar application are the property of Funnel Builder LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. A free gift, for now

Your Calendar is offered as a gift from Funnel Builder LLC. It is free to use for now — no payment, no card required. We may introduce paid plans in the future, and if we do, we will give existing users clear notice before anything changes. Access is provided "as is" and we may modify, limit or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials safe, and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Your Calendar.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for spam, harassment or any unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access.
• Do not collect personal information through your booking questions that you are not entitled to collect, and comply with the privacy laws that apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

5. Google Calendar and Google Meet

Connecting a Google account is optional. When you connect it, you authorize Your Calendar to read your busy times and to create, update and delete the calendar events it generates for your bookings, including Google Meet links. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect at any time.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into Your Calendar — your booking pages, questions, branding and contact records. You grant us only the permission needed to host and display that content in order to run the service for you.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

Because the service is provided free of charge, it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Funnel Builder LLC is not liable for missed meetings, lost bookings, calendar sync issues, data loss or any indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us — which, while the service is free, is zero.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if we discontinue the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Funnel Builder LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
